How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Standard delivery then takes 7–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on every product, with no minimum order value.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items need to be unused and in the same condition you received them, with tags on and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period.

How do refunds work?

Once a return is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it to your account.
